Job Purpose of A Manager AI & Data Science

• Responsible for designing & implementing cutting edge AI solutions to solve complex business problems.
• Work closely with cross functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers and product managers to drive innovation and deliver AI driven products and services.

Job Duties of A Manager AI & Data Science Workforce Solutions Transguard Group Dubai (UAE)

• Design, develop and deploy AI models that leverage advanced techniques such as deep and natural language processing computer vision.
• Optimize and fine tune AI models for maximum efficiency, leveraging techniques such as hyperparameter tuning and model compression.
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI models into production systems, ensuring seamless deployment and monitoring.
• Develop data pipe lines to collect, clean and preprocess data for training and testing AI models.
• Build efficient AI systems that can handle large volumes of data and perform real time processing.
• Conduct thorough experimentation, testing and evaluation of AI models, performance, and reliability.
• Provide help and mentorship to junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices in AI engineering.
• Collaborate with stake holders to identify business challenges where AI solutions can add significant value.
• Stay up to date with latest advancements in AI research, frame works and tools and assess their applicability to organization’s AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to define AI strategies and road maps, aligning with business goals.

Qualification & Experience

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science.

Experience

•  7 -10 years of experience experience in developing and implementing AI models and algorithms with strong programming skills.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

• Solid experience to develop &  implement AI models and algorithms using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or Keras.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++, with the ability to write clean, efficient and maintainable code.
• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep neural networks and reinforcement learning.
• Proficiency in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization using libraries such as NumPy, Pandas and Matplotlib.
• Experience with cloud platforms and services, such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, for building and deploying AI solutions.
• Familiarity with big data technologies, such as Hadoop and Spark, for processing and analyzing large-scale datasets.
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including version control, unit testing, and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex problems.
• Strong communication skills.
