GEMS Corporate Office is presently hiring suitably qualified and experienced candidate for the job role of Manager Advanced Analytics & BI Developer. Responsibilities of Manager

• Data Science Applications: Develop and deploy AI and ML models to solve complex business challenges. Design and implement innovative ML solutions, including feature engineering and predictive modeling. Ensure best practices in MLOps, including maintaining CI/CD pipelines for machine learning projects.
• Dashboard Development and Ownership: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI. Ensure data accuracy and relevance in all reporting tools. Identify the design flaws and suggest improvement.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data from various sources to provide actionable insights. Apply advance SQL, Python, and other data analysis tools to manage and interpret complex data sets.
• Data Modeling: Design/enhance data models of varying complexities. Strong understanding of Normalization and Dimensional modeling techniques and their application in data and analytics projects
• Data Governance: Familiar with Data Governance principles, metadata, master data management and Data Lineage.
• Technical Leadership: Lead and participate in projects, ensuring timely delivery and high quality results. Work collaboratively with different teams to understand their data needs. Able to prioritize incoming requests and help juniors/peers in giving technical solution and unblocking the delivery path.
• Technical Mentor: Be a technical mentor to other members in the D&A Team.
• Team Player: Work Independently as well as collaboratively within a small team that is tasked to deliver transformation projects.
• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non technical stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Collaborate within and across the Teams and promote a culture of Transparency and Team work.

Job Requirements of Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Proven software development experience in Power BI, SQL, Python, and other relevant data analysis tools.
• 6 to 10 years of proven experience in a data role preferably for an IT service company where you worked on multiple concurrent projects with very tight timelines.
• 3 to 4 years of experience using advanced analytics to solve complex business use cases.
• Ability to multi task and prioritize tasks.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

• Strong problem solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong aptitude for data quality management.
• Handled data quality challenges and applied data cleansing techniques on the data used for BI and Data science project.
• Excellent in solution design and architecture for BI /Data Products.
• Has delivered/ contributed to at least 1 to 2 ML AI projects end to end leveraging Predictive modeling techniques and feature engineering.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
