Adidas is actively hiring suitable candidate for role of Management Assistant Emerging Markets (SLT) in Dubai. The selected candidate will be responsible to ensure that the administrational & operational tasks are being fulfilled in an efficient and professional manner for the assigned Senior Leadership Team (SLT) member or Vice President (VP). Responsibilities of Management Assistant Emerging Markets

• Manage the calendar, schedule meetings and prepare agendas and assist the SLT in staying on track with the daily schedule.
• Responsible for travel arrangements and requirements, including obtaining visas respectively.
• Provides smooth communication between the SLT office and internal departments / directors, demonstrating leadership qualities in maintaining open & transparent communication and support to the SLT.
• Communicates directly and on behalf of the SLT with leadership members and other Senior Directors/Directors on matters relating to the SLT.
• Assist SLT in meeting preparation and timely communication both written and oral, with employees and external audiences.  This may include drafting correspondence and preparing other required presentations /documentation with minimal supervision.
• Manage all incoming requests into the SLT office (via mail, phone or email) and address them.
• Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence and other tasks that facilitate the SLT’s ability to lead effectively.
• Prioritizes conflicting needs, handles tasks expeditiously, proactively and follows through on projects to successful completion often with tight deadlines.
• Work with internal audiences and SLT’s direct reports to meet agendas and deadlines.
• Manage and oversee that all expenses and invoices.
• Documenting minutes of SLT meetings and other meetings as required.
• Responsible for arranging any SLT’s offsite meetings and other functions.
• Undertake special projects under direction of the SLT and perform other duties as needed.
• Adhoc support with projects, activities and tasks as needed.

Requirements for Role of Management Assistant Emerging Markets

• University degree in Business Administration or related area.
• Recent graduates with a marketing degree from a reputed university and required skillset and looking to pursue a career in marketing will also be considered.
• 3-5 years experience in assisting senior management or leadership teams, ideally within apparel (sports) /fashion/shoes or FMCG industry will be advantageous.
• Experience working with multinational and diverse teams.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

• Excellent command of English & knowledge of another European language or Arabic will be plus for the multi national, multi cultural organization (written and verbal).
• Excellent organization, time management and problem solving skills.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Diligent and good attention to details.
• Strong work ethics, can do attitude and positive disposition.
• Customer oriented, approachable and strong interpersonal skills.
• Good team player and approachable.
