United Al Saqer Group is currently recruiting a Maintenance Supervisor for Facilities Management to join their exceptional Facilities Management team. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for someone with supervisory experience in FM who is personable and capable to quickly establish their credibility. The salary for this role ranges from 6000 AED to 12000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview.

Duties of Maintenance Supervisor for Facilities Management

• Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans.
• Produce schedule and monitor attendance of crew.
• Allocate general and daily responsibilities for his staff.
• Resolve problems and maintenance issues when they arise.
• Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met.
• Assign tasks to maintenance workers.
• Ensure labors and other resources necessary such as (Attendance, overtime & Solve disputes between workers).
• Supervise all the projects & maintenance tasks.
• Report project progress, maintenance tasks instructions in daily basis to his direct manager/ Engineer.
• Calculate all the required materials with full specification/ and give recommendation to make save costing for any new project or Maintenance work and as per the site requirement.
• Checking & maintenance all Majlis, villas, irrigation networks in farms, pumps & submersible pumps.
• Supervises carpentry, housekeeping, plumbing, electrical, civil, mechanical, irrigation and any other maintenance work in all the commercial and private locations belong to company.
• Communicate with vendors to coordinate orders and deliveries for parts and service.
• Coordinate with the Agriculture Engineer for all the irrigation tasks/maintenance.

Eligibility Requirements for Role of Maintenance Supervisor for Facilities Management

• High school diploma or equivalent education level is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the same field.
• Experience in Civil, MEP, and irrigation line maintenance works in farms and Ezbats is A MUST.

Skills Desires

• Understanding safety protocols and having practical maintenance experience are also important for this role.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, as well as a comprehensive understanding Property Maintenance.
• The ability to effectively troubleshoot and maintain electrical systems, along with knowledge of data network infrastructure, is highly desirable.
