Maintenance Supervisor Facility Management Industry Dubai

Facility Management industry is currently looking Maintenance Supervisor to join them in Dubai. The job holder will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance work is carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures as well as local regulations.

Requirements of Maintenance Supervisor

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in maintenance management.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with local regulations and building codes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary

The company offers an attractive salary package of 5001 to 7000 AED, which will be negotiable during interview.
