Job Description
Marriott International is currently requiring an effective Maintenance Cleaner to join his team in Dubai, UAE, Desert Resort and Spa, Al Maha. There is one full -time, on the site responsible for maintaining the resort, lawns and surroundings. Applicants should have at least 3 -year horticulture or hotel technical experience and should be skilled in using lawn care tools and equipment. A concrete understanding of plants care, irrigation systems and safety standards is necessary.

Job Title
Maintenance Cleaner.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance gardens, lawns, plants and resort using appropriate equipment and methods.
- Offer and maintenance landscape equipment including mawers, trimmer and blowers.
- Print shrubs and trees to strengthen plant health and maintain aesthetic appeal.
- Make sure the irrigation system works properly and help with repair when needed.
- Keep the outer areas clean and organized, including the route, spa input and villa surroundings.
- For design, monitor and report any malfunction or security threat.
- Maintain hygiene and organization of tools and storage space.
- Follow all health and safety rules during maintenance activities.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education
No formal education required. Knowledge of horticulture is an advantage.
Experience
Minimum 3 years in gardening or maintenance cleaning, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
Skills
- Landscaping and plant care.
- Tool and equipment maintenance.
- Basic mechanical skills.
- Attention to safety and detail.
- Physical endurance.
Knowledge
- Health and safety compliance.
- UAE environmental standards.
