Machinery Maintenance Head Pumps NAFFCO UAE

NAFFCO is currently hiring skilled and motivated candidate for the job role of Machinery Maintenance Head (Pumps) in Dubai. Candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs, conducting inspections and troubleshooting, managing a team of technicians. Responsibilities of Machinery Maintenance Head

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of all pumps and related machinery in the facility not limited to casting & pump factories, ranging from intricate CNC 5-Axis machines to heavy machinery in casting factory.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any issues or malfunctions.
• Manage a team of technicians and provide guidance and support to ensure timely and efficient maintenance.
• Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities and minimize downtime.
• Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements for Role of Machinery Maintenance Head

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in machinery maintenance, preferably in the pumps industry.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Strong knowledge of pumps and related machinery, including troubleshooting and repair techniques.
• Professional certifications in machinery maintenance or related field would be advantageous.
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks and work in various environmental conditions.
