Job Description
Seddiqi Holding is an Emirati-owned and managed company with a unique, diversified portfolio of businesses and luxury brands across numerous sectors in the Middle East. They are currently looking to hire ambitious and outgoing Emirati Talent to join extremely successful as Luxury Sales Consultant Retail Team in Umm Al Sheif, Dubai, UAE. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 4000-7000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Luxury Sales Consultant
- Use exceptional product and brand knowledge to inspire customers and exceed their expectations by providing a luxury point of experience.
- Ensure customer loyalty by building long standing relationships.
- Following up with these clients through telephone calls, emails, cards and special announcements.
- Work as part of a high performing team to meet and exceed, the brand and store’s unique objectives.
Requirements for Role of Luxury Sales Consultant
- High School Diploma.
- 2 years experience in sales and customer relationship in retail.
- An Emirati family book.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- A demonstrable passion and knowledge for luxury retail.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with a wide range of high-end customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- An appetite for luxury client service.
- Fluency in both English & Arabic.
