Lube Production Assistant Emarat UAE

Emirates General Petroleum Corporation (Emarat) presently has a job opening for a skilled and dedicated Lube Production Assistant in Dubai. The Role is required To coordinate with Lube Blending Plant, in all aspects for the production of EMARAT, Exports and third party lubricants requirements, in accordance with stated directives.

Job Duties of Lube Production Assistant

• Coordinates with Central Workshop Storekeeper and third party representative to arrange transfer of finished products.
• Co-ordinate with transport agencies on containers for individual foreign customers.
• Ensure that the vehicles and the containers meet plant safety standards.
• Prepare export documents as per custom requirements.
• Direct all loading operations. Schedules in co-ordination with MELUBCO Plant, ensure that loading, documentation and packaging are in accordance with requirements, ensure prompt dispatch of the container.
• Co-ordinate with LPS / Storekeeper in preparing transport documentation for Custom purpose and carries out all preparation for shipping documents.
• Coordinate with flexi Bag Suppliers & Technicians ensuring the bag availability and condition meeting the safety standards.
• Prepares and organises blending Packaging, schedules, and deliveries including submissions of the reports.
• Performs additional duties / assignments as directed by Manager.

Job Requirements For Lube Production Assistant

The eligibility requirements for the role of Lube Production Assistant are as under:

Education:

• Diploma in Technical or Chemistry Field.

Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years in Production Factory or Procurements.

Competencies:

• IT literate.
• Excellent Communication and Planning Skills.

Knowledge:

• Lubricants Tribology Fundamentals.
