Seddiqi Holding is looking for a Loyalty Manager (1 year contract) in P.o.box 2123 Al Thanya Street Umm Al Sheif Sheikh Zayed Rd, Dubai, UAE, who will be responsible for developing and executing loyalty strategies to retain customer base and maximize customer lifetime value through repeat business and cross selling among the business units. Also grow the customer database through advocacy, referrals and successful partnerships with other likeminded organizations. The candidate is accountable for the technology selection for the loyalty management system, scoping of requirements, successful implementation and users’ adoption. Once the program is launched the candidate will be targeted for ongoing growth of the members database and % of active members. This is an Senor level Contract  job for 1 Year. And salary can range between 15000-25000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Loyalty Manager

  • Strategic: Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for loyalty program enhancements and personalized customer engagement.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive loyalty program strategy that aligns with the company’s brand values and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, sales, e-com, after-sales & all concerned teams to ensure seamless integration of the loyalty program across all customer touchpoints.
  • Manage the budget for loyalty programs, ensuring cost-effective strategies that drive customer retention & advocacy & increase lifetime value.
  • Foster strong relationships with key partners and vendors to enhance the loyalty program offerings. Internally and externally.
  • Monitor and evaluate all loyalty initiatives within the individual business units until launching a holding-level program.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments and innovations in loyalty marketing to ensure the programs remain competitive and relevant and provide regular benchmark insights against top programs for continuous enhancements.
  • After the program launch, manage the ROI. P&L and drive continuous optimization while maintaining program modernization.
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure the design of rewards initiatives with customer segment profitability in mind.
  • Challenge the proposed concepts of the agency to ensure suitability for SH and increase buy in from stakeholders
  • Operational: Act as the point of contact of SH for the awarded consultants and provide direction and guidance on needed clarifications.
  • Ensure the governance of the project is fully adhered to.
  • Ensure the project plan is followed, for on time and on budget closure of all the streams.
  • Attend all the project related meetings and validate all minutes.
  • Ensure all stakeholders stay updated and committed to the project in their contribution capacity by managing internal communication

Requirements for Role of Loyalty Manager

  • Master’s Degree in marketing, Data & Business analytics, or a related field.
  • 5 years’ experience in loyalty program management.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Prior leadership role in the implementation of a loyalty program of a large organization or conglomerate with diversified industries including the luxury sector.
  • Excellent analytical skills to resolve business challenges with effective customer database utilization.
  • Strong understanding of LMS (Loyalty Management Systems) and CRM Technologies with a good understanding of Marketing Technologies in general.
