Low Code Application Tester & Support Sharaf DG UAE

Sharaf DG LLC is actively seeking skilled and qualified individual to take on the role of Low Code Application Tester & Support. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing application testing for all Low Code apps. Identify any defects or issues in the application ensuring the applications meet the specified requirements and function before they are released to end-users. Additionally provide efficient technical support to end-users and clients, addressing issues promptly and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test plans based on project requirements Define test objectives, scope and testing strategies.
• Create detailed and clear test documentation, including test plans, test cases and test reports covering various scenarios.
• Identify, report and track defects/bugs using a Jira.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure that new code changes do not adversely affect existing functionality.
• Provide technical support to end-users, offering timely resolutions to issues related to application usage, functionality and performance.
• Utilize strong problem solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve support tickets, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Contribute insights during the development process, ensuring a seamless collaboration between testing and development teams.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance testing processes and methodologies for increased efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements of Low Code Application Tester & Support

• Graduate preferably (IT / Computer Science).
• Certifications in software testing/or low-code development.
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in software testing, with a focus on low-code applications.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Basic programming skills and knowledge of scripting languages.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
• Familiarity with low-code development platforms such as OutSystems, Mendix, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge on Jira or other Project Management App.
• Ability to work effectively in a team involves collaboration with developers, QA team members, and other stakeholders.
