Responsibilities of Logistics Coordinator

• Coordinate timely shipments with freight forwarders & overseas suppliers on time.
• Negotiate transportation rates & services.
• Manage customs documentation and clearance
• Handling & compliance of MOFAIC, COO, TDRA, etc.
• Requested by the customs government,
• Collaborate on export documentation,
• Handle freight invoices, and fullfil management assigned tasks.
• Answering customer enquiries. Liaising with suppliers and transport companies.
• Overseeing the delivery of products.

Requirements of Logistics Coordinator

The requirements for the job role of Logistics Coordinator in Khaleej Times UAE are as following:

• Master’s degree in business, economics, or related fields.
• 4+ years in logistics experience preferred in UAE.
