The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the movement of goods, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery to customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem solving skills, as well as a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities of Logistics Coordinator
- Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods from suppliers to warehouses and from warehouses to customers.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Resolve any issues or delays in the supply chain.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments and inventory levels.
- Assist with the development and implementation of logistics strategies.
Requirements of Logistics Coordinator
The requirements for the said job are as following.
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role
Skills and Knowledge Desired
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
