Liwa Trading Enterprises LLC is presently hiring a candidate for the job role of a Logistics Analyst to join their team in X48H+VMP, Mina Jebel Ali, Dubai Aid City, Dubai, UAE. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 8000-17000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Logistics Analyst
- Implementation of Supply Chain KPIs: Handle the implementation and maintenance of standardized global Supply Chain KPIs, metrics, reports & dashboards for the areas of Service, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory & Logistics.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data for trends, provide business insight & recommend actions based on analysis.
- Project Tracking: Track project progress and provide reports as directed by management.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory procedures and review open POs, TOs and SOs.
- Stakeholder Communication: Review 3PL warehouse performance and handle the communication with different stakeholders (Merchandisers, IT, Finance & stores).
- Coordination Activities: Coordinate with store team for upcoming deliveries (direct/ warehouse).
- Coordinate with personnel in merchandise function to obtain detailed inputs related to delivery/ receipt of merchandise.
- Coordinate with 3PL warehouse team to ensure timely receipt and stock turnaround to the stores / customers.
- Coordinate with logistics team on shipment shortages/ damages claim.
- Coordinate with stakeholders on reserve clearance (pending inbound and outbound).
Requirements for Role of Logistics Analyst
- Graduate preferably in supply chain.
- 2-5 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- Advanced Excel skills and Power BI.
- Living in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
- Exceptional reporting and risk analysis skills.
- Advanced in Presentation Skills and applications.
