Construction industry is currently looking for a detail oriented and organized Logistic Coordinator to join their team in Dubai. The job holder will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing logistics operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods and services.

Responsibilities of a Logistic Coordinator

Coordinate and schedule shipments, deliveries, and pickups.
Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and transport companies to arrange logistics.
Track and monitor inventory levels and stock movements.
Prepare and maintain documentation related to logistics, such as shipping labels, invoices, and reports.
Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international shipping laws.
Resolve logistics issues and address any delays or disruptions in the supply chain.
Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Communicate and collaborate with internal departments to meet logistics objectives.

Requirements of a Logistic Coordinator

Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
UAE residency or work permit is required.
Proven experience of less than 1 year as a Logistic Coordinator or in a similar role.
