Logistics Assistant post is vacant at renowned Import/Export industry in Dubai. The job holder will assist in monitoring of shipment activities including billing, maintaining record and timely delivery to customers.

Responsibilities of Logistic Assistant

• Assist in monitoring and tracking the progress and timely deliveries of all containers upon arrival / deliveries to customer.
• Assists in processing billing transactions from import and export shipments from courier services.
• Informs the Logistics Specialist on all matters affecting logistics operations
• Participates in the improvement projects related to Logistics operations.
• Keeps herself updated of the current trends in Dubai Customs procedures
• Ensures consistent implementation of company rules and regulations, SOPs and guidelines
• Performs other functions as may be assigned by superiors from time to time.

Requirements of Logistic Assistant

The requirements for the said job are as following.

• High school diploma. Certification im logistics, supply chain management would be a plus.
• Experience of 1-2 years in similar role.

Salary of Logistic Assistant

The company offers an attractive salary package of 3001 to 3500 AED, which will be negotiable during interview.
