Lobby Ambassador Hilton Dubai Palm

At Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah in Palm West Beach, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, a Lobby Ambassador will greet guests in the Lobby and provide variety of assistance to guests during their stays. This is an entry level full time job with salary range of 3000-6000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Lobby Ambassador

• Meet, greet and direct Guests who enter the lobby area
• Entertain questions from guests and respond with appropriate and accurate information on topics such as outlet hours, local attractions, directions to events, etc.
• Runs errands such as ticket pick-up laundry pick-up and delivery, etc for guests
• Retrieves messages for guests.  Retrieves mail, small packages and facsimiles for guests as requested
• Maintains appearance of hotel lobby, removes trash, organizes furniture, etc
• Remains calm and alert, especially during emergency and/or heavy hotel activity, and resolve complications such as location changes or credit issues.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor such as assisting PBX operators or reservations agents.
• A passion for delivering an exceptional level of Guest service.

Requirements of Lobby Ambassador

• Diploma / Degree equivalent Hotel related education.
• High level of IT proficiency
• 2+ years previous experience in a customer service function or in a similar role
