The incumbent will oversee and manage all aspects of contracts management, negotiation, administration and compliance for the company.

Duties as Senior Legal Manager 

• Ensure the successful execution of contracts, mitigating risks & maintaining relationships with partners and vendors.
• Oversee the entire contract life cycle, including drafting, review, negotiation and execution of various types of contracts, such as vendor agreements, consultancy service agreements and revenue agreements.
• Ability to assess potential risks and negotiate terms and conditions with third parties.
• Collaborate closely with commercial teams during all stages of the transaction process including its execution.
• Support the business to monitor contract performance, track deliverables and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Implement pro active strategies to prevent commercial disputes.
• Works closely with external counsel to oversee and manage complex litigation matters and disputes.
• Strive to deliver legal advices that safe guard the group’s strategic, legal and financial position, whilst fostering positive business relationships.
• Creating mutually beneficial agreements and partner ships that support the group’s success.
• Conduct regular analysis of contract terms, trends and performance metrics, giving reports to senior management.
• Stay informed about new legal trends and developments that may impact the group’s operations.

Education & Experience of Legal Manager

• Law degree.
• 6-9 years experience.
• Experience in a multinational organization is a plus.

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of contract law, commercial agreements and legal frame works.
• Ability to ensure contractual compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Understanding of the business and its operations.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE’s federal and Emirate laws and legal reporting standards.
