Role of Legal Counsel
Responsible for handling all the legal matters of the company.
Your Duties as a Legal Counsel
- Work closely with your commercial colleagues to deliver the advice Reckitt needs to grow and thrive in all their markets.
- Provide advice on topics as broad as company’s product portfolio – everything from advertising, marketing and commercial contracts to compliance, crisis management and intellectual property.
- Tackle complex issues that cross organisational and geographical boundaries.
What you’ll bring
Education & Experience
- Law degree.
- 5-8 years of qualified experienced with ideally 2-3 years within the Middle East
- Ideally, experience within Procurement and distribution agreements, advertising claims and sponsorship agreements.
- Have a wealth of experience in advising on compliance and legal issues.
Required Skills
- Know how to get your expertise across in a way that others can absorb and act on.
- Are comfortable working at pace, with colleagues in your team and out across the whole business.
- Excellent communication skills.
