Legal Contract Administrator NAFFCO Dubai

NAFFCO is currently looking to hire a Legal Contract Administrator in Jebel Ali Free zone، South Area، Jebel Ali Free Zone Street, Dubai, UAE. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 7000-12000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Legal Contract Administrator

  • Draft and review legal contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with external parties to protect the company’s interests.
  • Maintain contract management systems and databases to ensure efficient organization and retrieval of documents.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and provide guidance on contract-related matters.
  • Track contract expiration dates and proactively initiate renewal or termination processes.
  • Conduct legal research to stay updated on relevant laws and regulations that may impact contract management.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and liabilities in contracts.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle contract-related documents with discretion.

Requirements for Role of Legal Contract Administrator

  • Bachelor’s degree in law or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in contract administration or a similar role.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Knowledge of contract law and legal terminology.
  • Familiarity with contract management systems and software.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
