L’ÉCOLE’s mission is to share jewelry culture with the widest possible audience. Founded in 2012 with the support of Van Cleef & Arpels, L’ÉCOLE School of Jewelry Arts offers an exclusive program, revolving around three main themes: savoir-faire, history of jewelry and the universe of gemstones. L’ÉCOLE’ is currently hiring Lecole Lecturer (Art History of Jewelry) in Dubai. Candidates desirous for this role should submit their resume to begin with the application process.

Responsibilities

• Will support L’ÉCOLE in fulfilling its mission of transmitting jewelry knowledge and culture to the public and internal audience.
• Contribute to the development of evening and Live online conversation activities in the Middle East region.
• Will conduct art history courses and programs at L’ÉCOLE Middle East campuses and nomadic schools.
• Support the roll-out and development of new educational content, participate in public, private & press events.
• Support exhibitions by giving expert tours to public & private parties.
• Support the development of training material, and train docents as required.
• Will be the Ambassador of L’ÉCOLE Middle East at all levels!

Requirements for Role of Lecole Lecturer

• Master’s Degree in Art History, Jewelry Studies, Archaeology, Cultural History, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in teaching, preferably at the collegiate or professional level.
