Learning Program Manager Johnson Controls UAE

Johnson Controls is actively seeking skilled ,consistent and qualified individual to take on the role of Learning Program Manager in Dubai. The role holder will be responsible for handling various tasks like working as the L&D Program Manager to support the learning needs of the MEA business, across commercial, technical, operational, digital & leadership capabilities. You will be directly reporting to the Director of Learning Deployment and responsible for the delivery of Learning Programs, for the fast-paced Johnson Controls business areas. You will support the delivery of Sales Training & support the deployment of global & EMEALA wide Learning programs into the MEA, as well as providing insight and connection to the MEA from the EMEALA learning function.

Duties of Learning Program Manager

• Project Management ability to plan, deploy and measure learning programs & delivery.
• Communicate and manage learning timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and risks across a spectrum of teams and stakeholders .
• Demonstrated ability to create content rapidly and leverage learning technology to build and deploy accessible, relevant, useful content.
• Work closely with the L&D Leaders to ensure that the learning experience and content are useful and relevant for diverse learning audiences.
• Partner with other Program Leads globally to share best practices, collaborate, and drive consistency across the organization, as they work to operationalize their L&D offerings.
• Experienced in leveraging learning technology to enhance the learner experience to accelerate learning and change to deliver business outcomes.
• Use strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with a wide range of managers, instructors, SMEs and internal clients.
• Ensure lessons learned and best practices from previous learning initiatives and deployments are captured & implemented into cross functional projects.
• Help implement metrics and evaluation protocols for learning deliverables in region.
• Understand technology and current curriculum in order to participate in the effective design of learning and performance support tools.
• Fostering a growth mind set and supporting the career growth and development of all learning team members.
• Learn on a day-to-day basis about how equipment and strategies work to conserve energy and protect environment.

Eligible Requirements For Learning Program Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Educational Technology, Education, Content Development Instructional Design or similar field.
• 2-3 years of experience as Learning Coordinator with recent large complex learning project system experience.
• Experience working in multinational organization.
• Previous experience supporting teams who deploy learning across the EMEALA region.
• Experience collaborating with instructors, IDs, learning professionals, product managers, vendors, program managers and stakeholders.
