Senior Learning & Development Specialist at Pharmalink Drug Store will help employees cultivate their skills and knowledge by providing complete training to share expertise and coach in ways that motivate and engages employees.
Responsibilities of Senior Learning & Development Specialist
- Liaising with the training manager and other managers in running training need analysis.
- Preparing training annual plan.
- Develop effective training programs (PPT, handouts, blue print, Training Methods).
- Select and book training venues.
- Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc. (Medical and soft skills).
- Prepare educational material such as module summaries, briefings etc.
- Support and coach new and existing employees.
- Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement and help in career development programs.
- Monitor employee performance and response to training.
- Take part in employee engagement programs (Open day, cycle meeting, etc.)
Requirements for Role of Senior Learning & Development Specialist
- BSc Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine or any related healthcare field. TTT and MBA is a plus.
- 7-10 Years of experience in training. Experience in sales and marketing is an added value.
