A Learning & Development Leadership Intern at Corniche Road, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates is part of the Human Resources Department, supporting the Learning & Development throughout various projects and tasks. This is an Internship level job with salary range of 3000-6000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Learning & Development

• Maintenance of employee training records and learning history.
• Updating and maintaining the employee training matrix and ensuring e-learning and classroom trainings are logged and completed within dedicated time frame.
• Scheduling and coordination of training classes including creation of training calendar.
• Development and communication of training brochures and flyers notifying team members of up coming classes, tracking employee sign-ups and preparation of materials including certificates of completion.
• Input and track data of various Hilton quality measurement programs on trends including, but not limited to, Guest comment cards, Standards of Product and Performance, into computerized tracking system.
• Attending and contributing to various programs.
• Prepare and distribute reports measuring trainings results. Maintenance of inventory of all training supplies, stationary, and office equipment.

Requirements of Learning & Development

• Bachelor’s Degree within a relevant subject, along with experience practicing as a Learning Development Consultant.
• 1 years experience in a similar role.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

• Currently enrolled for an educational degree in Human Resources or equivalent
• Excellent organizational skills with a high level of accuracy
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective long-term relationships
• Excellent computer skills
