Sharjah Coop is currently looking to hire a candidate for the job role of a Learning & Development Consultant in 464 Sheikh Humaid Bin Saqr Al Qassimi St, Al Yarmook , Halwan Suburb, Sharjah UAE. This is a Senior level Temporary job role. For this position salary ranges from 15000-30000 AED, which may be slightly negotiable during the interview process.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement learning strategies and programs and make the necessary adjustments to improve the work procedures of the learning and development section.
• Develop and define training programs to improve employee’s skills, knowledge and performance within the organization.
• Consult with managers and employees to understand specific training needs.
• Conduct assessments to identify skills gaps and training needs within the organization.
• Design and develop programs and training materials that suit the organization’s needs.
• Review the annual training and development plan and time frame and approve and monitor implementation.
• Design training programs and curricula that are compatible with organizational goals.
• Develop educational materials, including e-learning modules, workshops and guides.

Requirements for Role of Learning & Development Consultant

• A Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 15+ years of work experience with Training and Development (HR), also experience with Learning
