Al Ansari Exchange is currently accepting applications from interested candidates for the position of Learning And Development Coordinator in Dubai. The Role is required to coordinate with various departments and arrange trainings as per the requirements of the company and to act as the main point of contact for all Learning & Development related requests across the organization.

Job Duties of Learning And Development Coordinator

  • Design training materials, presentations, handouts, etc.
  • Design and draft HR – related announcements.
  • Coordinate training activities for both newly hired and existing employees.
  • Coordinate training logistics such as training paraphernalia, training schedule, training materials preparation, trainer’s claims, etc.
  • Inter and intra department communication to update teams on the status of training/assessments completion.
  • Identify employees training needs in coordination with respective line managers.
  • Generate accurate Learning and Development reports on time.
  • Analyze training feedback and come up with reports and recommendations to Senior Learning & Development Manager.
  • Maintain and update training databases.
  • Follow up on the filing of training documents in the employee 201 files and keep them updated.
  • Process and issue training certificates for trainees, with copies kept in the employee 201 file.
  • Prepare cash liquidation for petty cash management.

Job Requirements For Learning And Development Coordinator

The eligibility requirements for the role of Learning And Development Coordinator are as under:

Qualification

  • Bachelors degree holder.

Experience 

  • At least two years of experience in a similar role.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

  • Knowledge in Adobe Software (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Learning Management System.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good presentation and analytical skills with an eye for detail.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Quick learner with exemplary interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision .
  • Able to work in a fast-paced  environment.
