Duties Of Lead Training Transition
- Develop a Training Excellence Plan.
- Conduct an independent assessment of all nuclear training programs to establish an actual baseline performance for Training / Line partnership
- Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap of projects required to achieve “Training excellence” on assigned Programs.
- Participate in Project Changes to ensure the delivery of projects within predefined baselines on assignments.
- Develop specifications for assigned Projects by establishing baselines, key deliverables, success criteria, and high confidence deadlines.
- Perform project execution within the achievement of predefined objectives (i.e. Quality, Cost, Scope, Schedule).
- Ensure that Change Initiation Document is completed prior to execution and ensure that Change Management activities are identified, captured, tracked, implemented and reported as per the Change Management Plan.
- Ensure adherence to the Enterprise Change Management procedure and contribute to the awareness of Change Management Practices within the Enterprise.
Requirements For Lead Training Transition
The eligibility requirements for the role of Lead Training Transition are as under:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Involvement in Project management.
- Experience in running an “Accredited” Training program.
- 3 years working at BNPP.
