Job Description

A lead teacher opportunity is open for someone who truly connects with young kids and knows what it means to shape early learning. This is a full-time, remote role based out of the UAE. As a lead teacher, an opportunity is open for someone who truly connects with young kids and knows what it means to shape early learning in an FS2 class and build a learning space that’s both fun and structured.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and plan daily lessons based on early years learning.
  • Create a warm classroom where young kids feel safe and curious.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education

A bachelor’s degree in education, early years education, or something close to that.

Experience

  • Having taught FS2 or preschool-aged children is expected.
  • 1-2 years of hands-on teaching is ideal.

Skills

  • Strong English communication, both spoken and written.
  • Lesson planning that’s thoughtful and flexible.
  • Classroom management with patience and care.
  • Comfortable working with parents and staff.
  • Creative and responsive to young learners.
  • Adaptable and calm under pressure.

Knowledge

  • Familiar with EYFS or other early years frameworks.
  • Understands child development milestones.
  • Knows how to handle classroom safety rules.
  • Aware of child protection and well-being protocols.
  • Some exposure to digital teaching tools.
  • Appreciates cultural variety in class settings.
