Lead Product Manager CAFU Dubai

CAFU is currently hiring for the job position of a Lead Product Manager in Dubai who  is responsible to lead their mobile offering for B2C fuel users, including the ongoing management of the user funnel, addition of new features, experimentation, and optimization of fuel offering across the entire platform. As a Lead Product Manager at their scaling startup, will be responsible for driving user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through developing and managing their product portfolio. You will work closely in a cross-functional team including engineering, design, marketing, operations, and data science to ensure that their products are meeting their customers’ needs and driving business growth. This is a senior level full time role. The salary for this role ranges from 15000 AED to 30000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview.

Duties of Lead Product Manager

• Work closely with the product leadership team and ensure a seamless product experience for users of CAFU fuel services.
• Be the evangelist for our platform capabilities regarding orders and own the product strategies for fuel services.
• Align and work with agile delivery models that bring together teams of product managers, engineers, data, UI, and UX to drive and deliver multiple product requirements, continuously gaining pace.
• Challenge the business on ideas that will not bring value to CAFU and the consumer.
• Ensure product focus is based on the big wins that will make a difference.
• Develop detailed business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications for each product.
• Manage expectations while driving product launches alongside business expansion, marketing, operations, executives, and other product management team members.

Eligibility Requirements for Lead Product Manager 

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a start-up/scale-up environment or similar background.

Skills Desired

• Proficient in framing problem sets, leading user experimentation and digging into data.
• Previous consumer-based digital product expertise.
• Experience delivering mobile product experiences will be advantageous.
• Are obsessed with understanding your users and identifying pain points across a wide array of personas.
• Is a SCRUM master and agile user and has a proven track record in balancing priorities across multiple squads.
• Your level of curiosity is off the scale, follow consumer and business trends and are an early adopter of any new products.
• You have a global mindset and always balance the external view with the internal.
• Must be based in Dubai.
