- Scoot to the guest rooms to grab laundry and dry-cleaning bags daily.
- Double-check guest names, room numbers, and items against laundry lists.
- Jot down pickup and drop-off times, plus any special guest notes.
- Find a wallet or watch in a pocket? Flag it to the boss pronto.
- Spot stains or rips in clothes and sort them out quickly.
- Drop off guest laundry on time with a smile and a nod.
- Help fetch and deliver outside laundry or dry-cleaning orders.
