Purpose of A Laundry Attendant

Provide exceptional laundry services to all guests staying in resort, including washing, cleaning (stain removal), drying, ironing and other related services.

Job Duties of A Laundry Attendant

• Coordinate work effort of the production and dry cleaning areas of the laundry department.
• Issue proper tags to clothes/linens of different guests.
• Maintain good standards in laundry services such as cleanliness, stain removal or washing.
• Provision of ironing or folding services as per desired standards from guests.
• Properly wash the laundry equipment after each wash and keep it in good working condition.
• Oversee productivity of other laundry associates and conducts weekly inventories.
• Play an important role in ensuring a memorable guest experience.

Qualification & Experience

• Secondary education.
• At least 1 year experience in laundry.

Skills Desired

• Good interpersonal skills.
• Fair English communication skills.
• Eye for detail.
