Siemens Healthineers is currently looking to hire a candidate for the job role of a Lab Diagnostics Team Coordinator in Building 40, Floor 2, Dubai Healthcare City, Dubai, UAE. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 7000-15000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Lab Diagnostics Team Coordinator

• Able to help with general admin topics with DX Engineers and professionals.
• Support application Specialists in system programs.
• Help with travel arrangements.
• CSE password generation: On monthly basis generate passwords to the BPs
• EP evaluator data capture.
• Stock control / spare parts.
• Invoicing: in training center CI, send invoices.
• Monitor project progress and ensure that all milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
• Communicate project status updates to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Manage project teams, including assigning tasks, providing guidance and support, and evaluating performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Provide regular projects status reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual) , financial forecasting, and inventory monitoring.
• Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed.

Requirements for Role of Lab Diagnostics Team Coordinator

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar field
• 1-2 years of experience in similar role.
• Has experience particularly in coordination & cooperation with multinational environment within the Gulf Region.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Excellent written and verbal English
• Has brief knowledge in medical diagnostics.
• Understand the required level of confidentiality that the job requires.
• Excel in the usage of MS Office, specifically MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
