Kitchen Steward Al Jaddaf Rotana Dubai

Al Jaddaf Rotana in Al Jadaf Street, Behind Latifa Hospital is currently looking for  dynamic, and self motivated Kitchen Steward who want to move their careers forward. This is an entry level, time job. For this role salary ranges  between 3000-6000 AED which may be slightly negotiable during the interview process.

Responsibilities of Kitchen Steward

•  Clean food processing facilities, storage rooms, walk in fridge’s, kitchen utensils, immediate corridors and holding areas as well as the operation equipment.
• Work in close cooperation with all kitchen and service employees.
• Work as per duty schedule and shifts.
• Perform all stewarding tasks as per given instructions.
• Ensure minimum wastage, breakage and spoilage.
• Perform any other job duty as assigned by higher authorities

Requirements of Kitchen Steward

• Ideally have a vocational training in food & beverage.
• 1-2 previous experiences as a Kitchen Steward.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

• Command of English is essential.
