Responsibilities of Kitchen Staff

Assist with food preparation and follow recipes.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and wash dishes.
Manage inventory and restock supplies.
Collaborate with chefs and kitchen team.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
Follow food safety guidelines and regulations to prevent cross contamination and foodborne illnesses.
Adhere to kitchen policies and procedures regarding hygiene, safety, and cleanliness.
Assist with other duties and tasks as assigned by the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager.

Requirements for Kitchen Staff

Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
Previous less then 1 kitchen or food service experience preferred.

Skills and Knowledge Desired
