Job Description
The Operations Coordinator Kitchen Maintenance Solutions at Transguard Group will be responsible to coordinate the technical team day to day, supporting with parts, scheduling, quotes & invoicing using software applications and telecommunications to do so.
Duties of An Operations Coordinator
- Able to utilize CAFM system and coordinate technical team, accordingly, provide reports to customers on various KPI’s around this.
- Daily interaction between technical team and management team – ensuring any open jobs are communicated to stakeholders.
- Liaise between operations team, suppliers, and customers being a key point of contact within KMS operations
- Schedule team to conduct PPM & reactive callouts on customers premises.
- Manage permits, access requirements and any customer specific requirements before work scheduling.
- Assist with procurement activities such as pricing and supplier identification.
- Assist with quotations to customers to resolve open jobs assist with follow up for customers approvals.
- Any other support as required by management .
Eligibility Requirements
The eligibility requirements for role of an Operations Coordinator are as under:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant software or systems.Â
- 5 years of experience in GCC region including 3 years in a similar position in the industry.
- 1 year of experience in managerial/ supervisory role.
