Job Purpose of A Kindergarten Teacher

Create an engaging and inspiring learning environment that fosters the social, emotional and academic growth of young children through age appropriate teaching methods.

Your Job Duties As A Kindergarten Teacher At GEMS School Support Center Dubai, UAE

• Create an easy learning environment for children, make it interesting for them through effective teaching methods & aids.
• Identify children specific needs and weak areas and develop targeted teaching / training plans.
• Develop play or story based learning activities, ultimately leading to social, moral and education growth of children.
• Develop a conducive class environment wher children are always willing to come.
• Maintain a contineous contact with parents to proper guide them on children positive areas and areas where parents need to work on.

Who Can Apply?

Qualification

• A certified teaching qualification, such as a B.Ed. in early years education.

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in teaching Kindergarten students.
• Experience teaching the British curriculum is a plus.
• UAE based teaching experience is preferred but not essential.

Skills Desired

• Desire to provide outstanding teaching and learning.
• Aspiration to work in a world class school with real prospects for enhancing their career.
• Excellent IT and communication skills to work closely with students and parents.
• A creative and enthusiastic approach both in and out of the classroom.
