Kids Club Attendant at Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah is responsible for overall care, hospitality and service given to younger guests throughout their stay, to create unforgettable memories of their holidays and specifically in assisting the Kids Club Activities, toddler’s daytime childcare service, baby-sitting and hosting at Kids Club.

Responsibilities of Kids Club Attendant

• Follow pre-opening, opening, closing and post-closing operational procedures at the Kids Club
• Welcome families and register children at the Kids Club, handling reservations and payments, up selling the Kids Club services and performing related administrative duties.
• Organize children’s activities according to the Kids Club concept, always providing safe care and a personalized and intuitive service.
• Handling kids club consumables and merchandising stock, managing available material.
• Coordinate in-room entertainment game rental with Concierge.
• Assist with creating the Kids Club stories and preparing tailor made activities for Kids.
• Assist on organizing kids experiences with other departments.
• Assist on coordinating child amenities and Kids Club gifts.
• Personalized childcare services (evening baby-sitting and toddler’s daytime service)
• Organizing and accompanying the Kids for outdoor activities, swimming-pool activities and kids sports.
• Using CRM tool, observing young guests’ special requests and preferences.
• Ensure hygiene standards of Kids club are maintained at all times.

Requirements of Kids Club Attendant

• Ideally a certificate or vocational training in kindergarten/children care related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience on the same role a luxury or a 5-star hotel

• Must maintain a clean, neat and well-groomed appearance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advance computer skills
• Flexible to respond to a range of different work situation.
