The Kids Club Attendant will play a vital role in providing a safe, entertaining, and educational environment for children staying at their resort. Responsibilities of Kids Club Attendant

• Welcome children and families to the Kids Club, introducing them to the facilities and available activities.
• Plan and organize age appropriate games, crafts, and recreational activities to engage children and encourage social interaction.
• Supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety and well being during indoor and outdoor activities.
• Assist with meal times, snacks, and hydration breaks, adhering to any dietary restrictions or special instructions provided by parents/guardians.
• Maintain a clean and orderly Kids Club environment, including sanitizing toys, equipment, and play areas regularly.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child’s participation, behavior, and any concerns or special requests.
• Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere where children feel welcome, valued, and supported.
• Collaborate with other resort staff, including front desk agents, concierge, and activity coordinators, to coordinate schedules and logistics for Kids Club programming.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, emergency procedures, and child protection guidelines.

Requirements of Kids Club Attendant

• High school diploma in relevant field.
• 1-2 years of experience in similar role.
