Johnson Controls is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Sales Executive to join their Sustainability Business division in the UAE. Candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with key clients, driving sales growth, improve business strategies and ensuring customer satisfaction in the Energy Efficiency sector. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 8000-17000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Key Account Sales Executive
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in both public and private industry.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on sales performance and market insights.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote Johnson Controls’ solutions.
Requirements for Role of Key Account Sales Executive
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 2+ years experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales role within the Energy Efficiency/Renewable Energy/Sustainability Industry.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- Strong understanding of energy efficiency solutions, building automation, and HVAC systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills and commutation skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic languages is a must.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Proactive and results-driven approach to sales.
