Seddiqi Holding is seeking a Key Account Manager in Umm Al Sheif, Dubai, UAE. This role involves managing existing accounts, expanding the brand portfolio and increasing AS&S market share by establishing new wholesale and corporate accounts. The successful candidate will also work to enhance brand visibility and achieve revenue targets. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 12000-25000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Key Account Manager
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key wholesale accounts.
- Introduces the company’s profile to customers and communicates the selection of available products.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and services(After sales service)
- Presents business proposals to prospective clients
- Establishes and maintains a productive, professional relationship with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Maintains and coordinates the replenishment process by partnering with the clients on seasonal replenishment and reorders.
- Sales and Business Development (B2B): Identify and prospect potential B2B clients, understanding their business needs, and presenting their products effectively.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s presence in the B2B market.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, and cold calling, and convert them into long-term business relationships.
- Achieves revenue targets from B2B channel.
- Sales and Business Development (Wholesale): Identifies and qualifies leads and generates new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives and other KPI’s.
- Develop sales strategies and plans to expand the company’s presence in the wholesale market.
- Ensure the payments are settled by Retailers as per agreed credit terms,
- Increases accounts revenue and identifies business opportunities while adhering to given budget structure. Negotiates and closes deals following the company’s policies and procedures.
- Ensures frequency of visits and consistent levels of service to all customers in accordance with company guidelines – gathers information on sales results, competitive practices, product availability or replenishment challenges or other relevant data which may impact business performance.
- Product Knowledge: Educate clients about new product offerings and updates.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the company’s products or services, as well as the wholesale market trends and competitors.
Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams, including Brand Management team, marketing, logistics, to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
- Coordinate with the logistics and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Follow up with the Finance Team and ensure that the Retailers receivables do not exceed the approved credit limit.
- Coordinate with Retailers concerning all After Sales issues.
- Lead VM team in his region and ensure displays are as per the brands guidelines.
- Market Analysis and Reporting: Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats within the wholesale sector.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.
- Forecasts and tracks key account metrics – generating sales report, annual forecasts, accounts statistics report.
- Provides market feedback and monthly sell-thru analysis to the Wholesale Manager
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Prepare a review sell out report and ensure the all key sellers are available at retail.
Requirements for Role of Key Account Manager
- A Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent.
- 3-5 years of job related experience preferably in Lifestyle Retail / Wholesale.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic, both written and verbal.
