Samsung Electronics is presently looking to hire qualified candidates for the role of a Key Account Assistant Manager (Mobile Experience B2C Sales). The successful candidate will be responsible to enhance distribution of a full range of MX products such as smartwatches, true-wireless devices and mobile accessories across Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and Bahrain Markets. The role holder will also develop channel strategy and promote in-country sales in these countries to achieve assigned sales targets via planning key strategies and executing the same.
Responsibilities of A Key Account Assistant Manager
Target Management
- Set the optimal sales target that will drive the growth of the business unit and participate in encouraging employee morale.
Strategy Setting
- Develop the optimal sales strategy that will allow to meet the sales target by analyzing the assigned market, product, and competitor data.
Sales Support
- Provide the material and human resources support to a relevant region or business organization and their efforts to meet the sales target.
Sales Monitoring, Opportunity Identification and Risk Management
- Monitor sales and operation status and other issues and analyze risk factors through communication.
Eligibility Requirements
The eligibility requirements for role of a Key Account Assistant Manager are as under:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5-8 years of Key Account Management experience in the consumer electronics industry.
Knowledge & Skills Desired
- Proficient in MS tools.
- Ability to develop and deliver high-quality content for top management.
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer focus and strong ability to engage and communicate with all channel actors (partners, dealers, salesmen & end-users).
- Strong analytical skills.
- Priority setting & problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of UAE & GCC Markets is an added advantage.
