Junior Talent Performance Specialist Azadea Group Dubai

The Junior Talent Performance Specialist at Azadea Group will be responsible for building effective relationships with company employees and serve them efficiently in order to enhance their employment experience and ensure their adherence to company policies and Local Labor Law.

Responsibilities of Junior Talent Performance Specialist

• Coach and support entry level employees on day-to-day concerns, career matters and any arising conflict within their team.
• Coach and advise on disciplinary related matters and conduct investigations with entry-level team members on minor offenses i.e., attitude, tardiness and other.
• Support employees and managers during performance review, maintain the appraisal system and inform the Training & Development of needs and requirements of employees in terms of training sessions, language courses and any other operationally beneficial educational activities.
• Perform various activities including exit interviews, transfers and relocations processes, probationary reviews, announcements, etc.
• Ensure completeness of relevant documentation.
• Coordinate and implement generated action plans including motivational schemes, employee satisfaction surveys and other.
• Follow up on personal development plans with the Training & Development department in order to ensure proper implementation.
• Perform field visits to keep an open communication channel with shop employees and management.

Requirements for Role of Junior Talent Performance Specialist

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or equivalent technical degree (TS)
• 1-2 years of experience in Psychology, HR or Business Administration fields.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Fluency in English.
