Junior Stakeholder Coordinator at Parsons Corporation will be responsible for a variety of tasks to aid their engineering team ensure conformance with established document procedures. This role will provide engineering administrative and organizational support for a major project or possibly multiple projects. This is an entry level full time role. Duties of A Junior Stakeholder Coordinator
- Be able to clearly coordinate with project stakeholders and authorities.
- Willing to engage with authorities in Abu Dhabi with a focus on infrastructure and Building project. Authority experience is desirable.
- Capable of understanding Authority processes, procedures and policies.
- Monitor and report on the status of all submissions, meetings, phone calls and any other relevant authority engagement.
- Capable of reporting on authority liaison related matters via suitable media (written reports, tabulated status tracker sheets).
- A broad technical understanding of infrastructure sub-disciplines (roads, wet utilities, dry utilities).
Eligibility Requirements
The eligibility requirements for role of a Junior Stakeholder Coordinator are as under:
- Bachelors’ degree in Civil Engineering or any relevant engineering discipline
- Minimum 1+ year of post graduate experience.
- Proven experience in innovation and process optimization.
Desired Skills
- Able to Deal with the authorities for infrastructure and buildings projects with Abu Dhabi Emirate.
- Fluency in written and verbal communication (English and Arabic).
- Have strong leadership qualities and a track record of delivery.
- Good time management ability and competence in prioritizing tasks and workload.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office software. Ability to use Auto-CAD preferable.
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels including external stakeholders.
- Candidate should ideally have UAE driver’s license.
- Able visit to different authorities on daily basis.
- Developed interpersonal skills, such as high competency in listening and communicating.
- High attention to detail and eye for technical excellence.
- A positive proactive attitude that focuses on improving team work and co-operation at all times.
- Good communication skills, oral and written, including presentation competency.
- A team player with strong ability to work with little or no supervision.
