• Assist the Site Engineer in supervising day-to-day construction activities.
• Supervise and monitor construction progress in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare comprehensive daily/weekly progress reports.
• Support in the preparation of method statements and risk assessments.
• Assist in project planning, including coordinating logistics and scheduling.
• Ensure adherence to engineering standards, codes, specifications, and regulations.
• Resolve technical issues promptly, providing guidance and support to the construction team.
• Collaborate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to maintain project timelines and quality standards.

Requirements of Junior Site Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience of 1-2 years in construction or site engineering roles (internship experience considered).
