Parsons is actively hiring Junior Mechanical Engineer to join their team in Dubai. In this role you will get to Assist Mechanical team in various design activities. This job is open for UAE Nationals only. This is an entry level full time role. For this position salary can range between 4000 to 8000 AED/month. Requisition ID for this vacancy is R153816.

Responsibilities of A Junior Mechanical Engineer

•  Assisting MEP team with design works.
• Preparing equipment schedule with support from MEP team.
• Coordination with other Engineers and CAD team.
• Supporting Engineers for all design related task as assigned.
• Prepares or assists in preparing fundamental engineering computations, material quantity takeoffs, estimates, surveys, and designs.
• Assists in the preparation of detailed requisitions for material purchase, services, and subcontracts.
• Under the guidance of a more senior engineer, assists in reviewing supplier drawing submittals and technical bid analyses.
• Assists in the preparation and issuance of specifications, data sheets, and other construction documents.
• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of a Junior Mechanical Engineer are as under:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 1 year experience. Fresh UAE National graduates are welcome to apply.

Knowledge & Skills Desired

• Requires basic engineering knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or a related field.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering.
• Fluent in English with Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and report writing.
• A team played with proven ability to work under pressure/ multi tasks and meet the deadlines.
