Journey Management and Data Analyst CAFU Dubai

CAFU is currently hiring for the job position of a Journey Management and Data Analyst in Dubai who will be responsible to monitor and track the performance of their fuel delivery truck and the pilot journey. As an expert in data analysis and last mile operations, you will work closely with the HSE team by providing vital insights to enable insight-driven commercial decision-making. This is a mid level full time role. The salary for this role ranges from 8000 AED to 18000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview.

Duties of Journey Management and Data Analyst

• Monitor pilot behaviour and performance in real-time using the IVMS platform.
• Analyse IVMS data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to pilots based on IVMS data and performance metrics.
• Act as the custodian of the IVMS system, ensuring its proper functioning and reliability.
• Liaise with service providers to make changes and amendments to the IVMS system as needed.
• Report system errors and work with technical support to rectify them in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with HSE team, Control centre, Pilot Management team and Head of OPS to address pilot issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to educate drivers on safe driving practices and IVMS functionality.
• Maintain accurate records of pilot performance, incidents, and feedback provided.
• Generate reports and presentations highlighting key IVMS insights, trends, and performance metrics.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, regulations, and advancements in IVMS technology.
• Execute any other job responsibilities assigned related to HSE aspects of Cafu Petroleum.

Eligibility Requirements for Journey Management and Data Analyst

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis and last mile operations

Skills & Knowledge Desired

• Good communication skills.
• Good MS Office skills.
• Good exposure on working with large datasets in excel.
• Exposure to high-growth technology-led organizations.
