The client is looking to hire an IT Support Specialist to join their dynamic team. Preference will be given to candidates who are immediately available or on short notice.

About the Role

• The IT Support Specialist will provide technical assistance to staff and play a crucial part in ensuring the optimal use of our hardware and software technologies, adhering to and enforcing company IT protocols, and promptly reporting critical issues to the department head.
• This role will consult with IT managers and other departments, providing IT assistance to staff and customers, training end-users on hardware and software, resolving errors, monitoring system performance, and staying updated on technological advancements. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating approachability and confidence in delivering professional support.

Requirements of IT Support Specialist

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field.
• Minimum:1 year of experience in an IT support role.
