Job Description
IT/Computers Software industry in Dubai is seeking a talented and motivated IT Support Expert to join their team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support to their employees, troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, and help maintain their technology infrastructure.
Responsibilities of IT Support Expert
- Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, and in person.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and provide timely resolutions.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Set up user accounts and permissions, and manage access control.
- Assist with the deployment and maintenance of software applications and updates.
- Perform regular system maintenance tasks, such as backups and patches.
- Document IT procedures, solutions, and configurations.
- Collaborate with IT team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
Requirements of IT Support Expert
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) a plus.
- Previous experience of 1-2 years in similar role.
Skills
- Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
- Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols a plus.
