IT Support Engineer NAFFCO UAE

NAFFCO is hiring a IT Support Engineer at Jebel Ali Free zone، South Area، Jebel Ali Free Zone Street, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 3000-3500 AED/month. Male candidate are welcome to apply for this vacancy.

Responsibilities of IT Support Engineer

• Responds and resolves all assigned calls within prescribed SLA.
• Manages own workload; diagnoses and fixes the issues of end user systems related to Hardware & Software issues.
• Complies with the service levels pertaining to end user support.
• Works with third parties to resolve various technical issues.
• Updates Call Management System, clearly specifies progress and resolution details.
• Accountable for Installation of Software’s, IT Asset Management, Printer Service, LAN Connectivity, etc.

Requirements for Role of IT Support Engineer

• Bachelors in Computer Application, Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Computers).
• Minimum 2 years in IT support engineer.
• Minimum 2 Years of Hands-on experience on deskside support.
• Google Suite (Workspace) Administration experience.
• Printers, IP Phone hands on experience.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Strong interpersonal communication skills .
• Ability to make complex information accessible to technical and non-technical audiences & all levels of management.
• Good knowledge of Windows 10 , Outlook, Exchange, and Active Directory
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• ITSM tool – Basic knowledge on usage of ITSM tool, ITIL Processes.
• Basic understanding of IP protocols, Office 365.
