IT Project Manager Transguard Group Dubai

Transguard Group is currently recruiting for an IT Project Manager in Dubai who will initiates and oversees continuous improvement of allocated IT services, driving measures for providing the most efficient IT services. This is a senior level full time role. For this role the salary ranges from 12000 AED to 25000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview.

Duties of IT Project Manager

• Organizing information sessions on various IT tools as required.
• Co-ordination with various stakeholders of a IT demand.
• Taking end-to-end responsibility of delivering an IT solution.
• Support other IT business partners or IT infrastructure colleagues in various IT operations related tasks.
• Collects IT requests and works on providing business relevant solutions being a trusted IT partner for the Business including coordination of the User Engagement Management.
• Initiates and oversees continuous improvement of allocated IT services, driving measures for providing the most efficient IT services.
• Coordinates and guides the team to optimize the projects and hosts sessions for information sharing.
• Guides implementation and/or execution of IT policies, guidelines, programs, and standards relevant for business areas.
• Operates and optimizes pre-defined tools, applications, and data bases/data management systems.
• Creates reports and communicates results to various internal and/or external stakeholders (e.g. management).
• Supports users and coordinates formal trainings during the roll out of new services, informal training, and ongoing support for behavioral and cultural change initiatives to help people to use new technologies to be effective and efficient in their work.

Eligibility Requirements for IT Project Manager

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT or Computer Science
• Have 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, IT Business Partner.

Skills Desired

• Strong analytical skills and result orientation, good understanding with Business process.
• Strong communication and engagement skills to interact with various stakeholders across multiple countries and organization lines (face-to-face and virtually).
• Advanced technical skills. Proven, Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau Experience will be a plus.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
